You should know exactly what is metered, what is retained, and what disappears.
Each successfully completed audio file counts as one job. Failed or cancelled attempts do not use a job or any audio minutes.
Annual plans are billed once per year, but their included jobs and audio minutes reset every month from your subscription start date.
Your monthly or annual allowance is used first. If it runs out, active pack jobs and minutes are applied automatically, starting with the pack that expires soonest. Packs expire 12 months after purchase.
We read the real duration from the audio file and round each completed job up to the next whole minute. Failed jobs release both recurring and pack reservations.
No. Audio is sent to the transcription provider for processing and is never kept in our transcript library. Only the resulting text, timestamps, and job metadata are stored.
The stored transcript text and timestamps are permanently deleted after the applicable retention window. Export TXT or SRT before then if you need a lasting copy.
